MORVA – Matter. Reimagined.
Morva is a next-generation industrial design and manufacturing company redefining how the world produces, recycles, and creates. At the intersection of circular economy, advanced material science, specialised production techniques and large-scale additive manufacturing, Morva transforms waste into high-value objects — from modular furniture and architectural elements to marine components, tooling, and more.
With roots in innovation and a future-focused mission, Morva offers a full-service ecosystem:
We work with forward-thinking brands, designers, and manufacturers ready to evolve beyond outdated, linear production models. Whether it’s turning waste into art, or replacing traditional tooling with smarter, greener systems — Morva is where matter becomes meaning.
William De Ceulaer leads Morva with a clear conviction: sustainability and profitability go hand-in-hand when design embraces circular thinking. Before taking the helm at Morva, William spent nearly a decade turning that conviction into reality at The One Project and its spin-off Colossus Printers. There he helped build the world’s first
William De Ceulaer leads Morva with a clear conviction: sustainability and profitability go hand-in-hand when design embraces circular thinking. Before taking the helm at Morva, William spent nearly a decade turning that conviction into reality at The One Project and its spin-off Colossus Printers. There he helped build the world’s first small scale, transportable recycling units (2022), developed the decentralised manufacturing strategy and rolled out systems across Europe, Russia and the Middle East, enabling hyper-local recycling and production from locally collected waste.
As Chief Operating Officer of Colossus, he forged strategic alliances with circular-economy pioneers Triboo and Pami to launch closed-loop furniture collections made entirely from recycled polymer, hemp and paper fibres.
Even in turbulent times—including the company’s recent restructuring—William’s transparent, data-driven leadership kept investors engaged and the vision alive.
At Morva he now channels this blend of deep-tech engineering, product-design expertise and entrepreneurial grit into a single mission: to “design more value” for clients and the planet alike. William’s hallmark is turning ambitious sustainability goals into commercially scalable products—backed by measurable material traceability, rigorous life-cycle data, and a relentless focus on user-centric design. Under his guidance, Morva is becoming the go-to partner for organisations that want to move beyond pledges and bring truly circular products, interiors or projcts to market.
At MORVA, we’re not just building machines — we’re shaping a new industrial model
A model where sustainability isn’t a compromise but a catalyst.
Where waste becomes value.
Where manufacturing is local, circular, and resilient.
And where every layer we print brings us closer to a more conscious, efficient, and regenerative future.
We’re not here to exit.
We’re here to lead.
